I was
delighted to find dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice concentrate - instead of sucrose - in my local health food shop the other day. They're still very tart, but great on muesli. I'm thinking about making up my own dried fruit/nut mix as a snack for when I'm on the move, comprised of the aforementioned cranberries, shredded coconut, chopped dried apricots and brazil nut pieces. Yum!
