Recipe: Herby Boulangere Potatoes

Potatoes from Avignon by miladus

Delicious and entirely Candida diet-friendly potato recipe shared by The Cottage Smallholder (providing you use yeast/sugar-free stock powder). Great as a side-dish, or on its own. Economical, frugal, simple and very comforting.

Thank you for linking to me!

This is a great low fat, comfort food recipe that makes a few potatoes stretch to feed lots of guests. Not quite the feeding of the five thousand but pretty good when a univited guest arrives for dinner :)

Just found your blog while doing a search on anti-candida recipes--so glad to have found you! I have been on the ACD for about seven months now, just recently moved to Phase II. Looking forward to going through you archives!

Your blog is a breath of fresh air in the barran wasteland of the joy-free candida diet. Its great to find someone wanting to research and share good recipes. I was doing a search about sourdough bread and came across your site. There doesn't seem to be much more information on it on the net - some say its ok, some say its not - its nice to know someone is tolerating it anyway. I've been recommended to go on a candida diet and make my own bread, and the thought of living without bread is awful!

And the title of your blog made me laugh a lot!

Thanks Ricki and Snag Breac - glad you're both finding the blog useful. Sorry I've been neglecting it so much recently (been neglecting the diet too - whoops!). Will get back to regular blogging soon - promise!
